No connection to local device possible anymore? I can install device everything like before. All green checks, but Mark stays allways red. Device disconnected. Any chanches made? I tried with the new Version 21.210 and also with the previous one. THX!

Can you please try the below steps,

 

  • Uninstall the bot agent
  • remove/delete the current user and device
  • delete the existing bot agent installation location
  • Please download the latest version of Bot Agent and install using admin mode
  • Open your computer’s Services & check that your Automation Anywhere Bot Agent is running. 

Services

  • Make sure your credentials are correct. Be sure to include your domain & not just your username.

Domain

  • To find your domain and username, open a command prompt and type “whoami”. Put that in the Device credentials window and Update credentials
