Newbie here... Running into an issue that guessing is an easy fix. Getting error "Unable to download the bot or dependencies to the device" when trying to run a simple bot to open a browser to http://www.google.com. Anyone with a solution?

Hello @Kirk Baumann​ Basically, this error comes due to the Bot command packages are failing to download from Control Room to execute the bot in Botagent VM. You may perform the steps from the suggestion from the above KB article and also validate if the Control Room access URL is configured with DNS\FQDn of the CR server if this is an OnPremise setup.
