Hi Folks, 
We have added two new users in a Control Room. The login to our Control Room is SSO based.

the new users who are added to the control room aren’t receiving the Account Verification Mail. Hence are not able to access the CR.

We have tried to delete the user and recreate them.
Tried to resend the Verification email.
Disable User and then Enable them.

Nothing has helped so far, anyone over here can help?
 

@adiityajaiinOkta If this is an SSO control room, they may not need an invitation email. They could just log in using their SSO credentials. Just give them the control room URL and that should be all they need.

You can also have the admin check if email invitations are being sent. It is a setting in the control room. 

If the emails are supposed to work, check your email settings. This could involve IT’s assistance.
