Regarding the new "Beta" recording feature in V30, it says it can be downloaded from the activity history, but there is no such thing on the screen. Is there a setting I need to do?

Yes, here is the setting you have to select while running or scheduling an automation. Also note that you will need Enterprise license to record Automation executions.
