Need Help - Unable to resubmit use case

I got the notification to resubmit my AI Automation Engineer Certification project. I have completed the development of project, documentation, YouTube video and even uploaded my video in YouTube but when I am at my final stage to resubmit the project using the provided link - developer.automationanywhere.com/AIAE/resubmission.php?courseid=2w9x0ufmx84qp&publishedcourseid=17vq9eq87ejo4&lessonid=16x8zhb2tg8ud&studentid=1mjvhi0st6qze&firstname=ankita&lastname=soni&email=ankita.soni@bsci.com

I am getting below error, but I got the email to resubmit and I putted all my efforts to make it work. Can you please help me with the resubmission.

Below is what I got in email for resubmission
