Need for user presence while running bot inside the server and scheduling options.

Hi,

I tried to run the bot inside the server using citizen license. while running the bot, i have minimize the server and bot has been stopped running. is it necessary to keep the screen without disturbing while running even inside the server ?

Do we have scheduling options to schedule the bot  or something like listener option to trigger the bot once file is placed into the folder.
