I have already check all the condition like inbox
I am using my gmail password in password section.
not able to see enable the less secure app option as it is disabled my google.
Kindly help.

- Firstly you have to enable 2Step Verification in the security pane of your Google Account.(https://myaccount.google.com/)
- After that Go to App Password :

Select as Other and then Type AA and then click on Generate.

After that you will see a window of App Password Generated. Save it in a text file as once you close that window you won’t be able to see it again.

Set the App password in the Email password section and test it.
Let me know whether the solution works or not.

Hi,
For that you need to check with your IT / Network team for IMAP Server details for Gmail ID. Also your email ID need not to be open on server when you trigger the email

But, the email trigger flow does not function when I use my personal email address to check it without login.
Only trigger is operational if I log in using my gmail ID.

As far as I know you don’t have to keep the email open in order for your trigger to work.
