My control room of enterprise and community edition are not working due to pending processes in progress activity since a week. How can i solve this issue as i cannot manually delete the pending process.

Can you restart Bot Agent and try again?
Steps for Restarting Bot Agent Service :
Click on Windows+R
Type services.msc
Hit Enter
Check for Automation Anywhere Bot Agent Service
Right Click and Restart
