My bot got stuck, Status: pending Execution.

My bot got stuck, Status: pending Execution. Due to this, I am not able to connect to the local device it is showing me an error:" System allows only a single device to be registered. If you need to replace your existing device you should delete it first."

I am also not able to delete devices because it is part of an active bot deployment
