My AA v11 CR was set up for Manual mode instead of Express mode. Now, I am unable to connect to CR via client as it is asking me for the master key, which I don't have. What steps should I follow? I have already reinstalled CR but issue still persist

Before reinstalling the CR you need to remove complete trace of existing setup ex: DB, Files etc.., I'd recommend opening a support ticket with AA using below link to get guidance from the experts and it will be great if you can share the resolution here so it will be helpful for others as well.
