Multifactor Authentication Automation

I have automated an web application using our automation anywhere tool and the bot is running fine. The only issue i am facing is that login to the web application. I can only login to the application using SSO (Single sign on). While login i need to enter the email ID and password after that an authenticator code will arrive which needs to enter in our mobile because the authenticator app is installed in our mobile phone. As of now, i am manually completing the login procedure by myself and trigger the bot after that. Like this i have i almost 5 bots which run on different schedule. Kindly guide me if there is any way to tackle this
