Hi everyone,

I am currently working on migrating from IQ bot to document automation due to the deprecation of IQ bot. I have encountered a challenge while doing import and export with the instance extension. Our current setup uses the “iqba” extension, but document automation requires the “dw” extension.

Can someone guide me on the proper steps to handle this migration, especially how to switch or update the required instance extension. Are there any best practices or official documentation available for a smooth transition including handling previously trained IQ bot learning instances as there are 1000+ formats already trained in IQ bot and redoing all from scratch sems like an unnecessary task.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Hello @ArjunSMeda @Lu.Hunnicutt
Please suggest on above use case. We want to migrate IQ Bot to DA. IQ Bot is trained already on 1000+ PO formats

We have this already documented in our docs site.

Thanks, Aaron!

@Shakti Ruge & @aishwaryaPatilHCL -- do you have any more questions about this? Please let us know :)

Thanks @Aaron.Gleason and @Lu.Hunnicutt

I went through this documentation. However, I am not able to edit underlying python scripts, regular expressions or any other configs. Additionally, not able to put GenAI prompts for fields. Could you please help on this?

@Shakti Ruge -- messaging you.
