Migration CR and Bot Agent servers from Windows Server 2016 to Windows Server 2019 I would to know if could be affected our CR or Bot agents servers after OS Migration from Windows Server 2016 to Windows Server 2019. Thanks

Ideally OS upgrade should not affect CR or Bot Agents, I'd recommend opening a support ticket with AA using below link and then proceed further on OS upgrade.

Hi Miguel, as mentioned, there should not be any issues as long as the product is rendered offline (eg. no bots scheduled to run during the upgrade etc) but it is always a good idea to stay in touch with your internal IT team to ensure the upgrade does not affect Automation Anywhere or other installed softwares negatively.
