License over consumption identified

im getting this notifications but i have control room license till July end


Identified over consumption of licenses on your Control Room. Ensure you release licenses and re-sync licenses from Server, for Control Room operations to run further. Failed to do, your Control Room will not be available for further operations from Thu, 23 May 2024 23:59:59 UTC.


Can anyone help?

    This usually means, you’ve assigned more licenses than your license file allows. Do you have access to an Admin role account?
