Learing Instance stuck with Pending requests

While i creating Learing Instance and train the documenta, after i click See Extraction Results below pop up shows. can you please find the solution?

    ​@Satyanandam Your local installation may be configured to process files from IQ Bot only in batches.

    You are likely running a version older than .26 (released May 2024), which is very old given the current version is .38. You should consider upgrading your control room software.
