It keeps going on as "Deploying to your computer" and does not execute. Previously when it finished running it showed - ""An unexpected problem occurred If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator."

I have tried the suggested solutions :

  • Reinstalling the bot agent and connecting to my local device again
  • Restart AA from Task Manager > Services
  • Reenable the plugin. Even uninstalled and installed it again
  • Preupload the Packages - Made sure to select the Recorder in that

Kindly help me with issue since, it is a critical project I am working upon.

Go to services.msc and check if the Bot Agent service is running. If you have admin access restart the service once. Still if you face same issue check with your network team to see if your firewall is blocking the connection

 

If the above steps not works, please create the support to automation anywhere team and they will help you at the earliest

I’m having the same problem.  Did the KB article work for you?  If so can you post the contents of the above article in a reply on this thread?  I’m not able to access it.
