Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with two bots in the Control Room when attempting to execute them or modify their scheduled execution. Whenever I try to perform either of these actions, I receive the following error:

Error Message:
An unexpected problem occurred. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.
Code: generic.server.exception

I have searched online for a solution but have not found anything helpful, as this error appears to be a generic one that can occur for various issues in the Control Room.

This issue is urgent because these bots need to be rescheduled or executed outside of their current schedule, and they cannot be modified at the moment. Previously, these bots could be modified without any problems. Currently, this issue only affects two specific bots that are not connected to each other. Other bots, including those in the same folder or related to these bots, can still be modified and executed without any issues.

I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

Hello ​@emoyano Please try restarting the CR services if you are using the OnPremise setup. If that doesnt help, please create a support ticket with Automation Anywhere.

  1. Check for Missing Dependent Files: Ensure that all dependent files (e.g., PNG files, etc.) that might have been used in the recorder package are present. Missing files can cause issues during the bot's export or execution.

  2. Export the Bot: Attempt to export the bot from the Control Room.

    • If the export is successful without any errors, proceed to the next step.

    • If the export fails, it may indicate that there are some missing dependent packages or items. Investigate and resolve any missing dependencies.

  3. Verify Access Permissions: If the bot exports successfully but still encounters issues during execution, check the access permissions.

    • Ensure that the user or system account running the bot has the necessary permissions to access all required files, folders, and resources.
