Hi Automation Anywhere Team

I am currently getting an issue related to the msi file not found in desired path. Please find the screenshot attached below. Previously it was working fine but now it is giving this issue.
Help me to resolve this issue.

This is a case of "what changed". Some examples are:

• New anti-virus

• New MDM software from your IT department

• New firewall software

You can also bring up that path in File Explorer and see what's there when you get this message to verify the installer truly isn't seeing the files it expects.

You can also insure the Bot Agent isn't installed and download a fresh copy manually. A link is presented during the Bot Agent download process.

Hi Aaron.Gleason
I have checked but not able to rectify it. This is my personal computer and as per my knowledge, I haven’t installed any anti-virus or firewall software. Also I have checked there is no file available related to automation anywhere in my device. When doing  afresh download of exe I am getting this same issue as shown in above screenshot.
I would really appreciate if you can provide me some more alternate methods.

Thanks

@harshitsingh - DELL is your user id or logged user id ?
I guess you might installed bot agent with different user login, please check proper user folder
