Issue connecting to On-premise 2019 SharePoint using SharePoint Package

I’m utilizing the new SharePoint AA actions an am having issues connecting. This is not the www.{subdomain}.sharepoint.com style.

I’m instead trying to access a list on the older 2019 SharePoint but the AA Authenticate and discovery assistant both require a tenantID. This is problematic because the sysadmins have assured me there isn’t a tenantID for this site - that only the SharePointOnline requires one for access.

The response back utilizing the Authenticate action is a 400 status with error: invalid resource with error description “AADSTS500012” Resource name “url”@tenantID is not valid. 

Using the discovery assistant with the same values results in a null error message.
