Is there a procedure to migrate 360 on premise to 360 Cloud?

We need to migrate from on premise version to cloud version (Only CR)

    Hi @GOAA 

    Currently, it is not possible to migrate everything from Automation 360 On Prem (any version) to Automation 360 Cloud (any version).

    It is going to be a manual approach, wherein, Control Room data (users, roles, credentials, schedules etc.) must be manually created on Automation 360 Cloud side, once Cloud Control Room tenant is provisioned and admin users are designated.

    • Use the Bot Lifecycle Management tool (BLM) to export bots from Automation 360 On Premise and import them to the Automation 360 cloud.
    • BLM limitation: Both On Prem and Cloud Control Room version must be same.
