I'm trying to create a new instance using document automation. After create and define the fields. tried to process document but I Get this Error
EXTRACT_FAILED - Native] : 500 : INTERNAL_FAILURE : An exception occurred during image processing

500 is server side error. Can you try again, If there is no luck I'd recommend opening a support ticket with AA using below link
