IQ Document Automation Extract Failed

Hello,

I'm trying to create a new instance using document automation. After create and define the fields. tried to process document but I Get this Error

EXTRACT_FAILED - [Native] : 500 : INTERNAL_FAILURE : An exception occurred during image processing

Please restart all the AA services to fix this issue.

500 is server side error. Can you try again, If there is no luck I'd recommend opening a support ticket with AA using below link
