IQ Bot Learning Instance Not Showing in Bot Action – Community Edition (Cloud)

I'm using Automation Anywhere Community Edition (Cloud) and created a Learning Instance via AI → Document Automation → Create Learning Instance. The instance is complete with training documents. In the Bot Editor, when I use the action IQ Bot [Local Device]: Process documents, the learning instance is not listed in the dropdown. Also, I don’t see the “Set to Production” button as shown in this video.

Is this a limitation in Community Edition, or am I missing a step?

IQ Bot has moved aside, replaced by Document Automation. For testing, I tried the same as you and when I tried to list the learning instances, I got the “An unexpected problem occurred” message.

However, when I replace it with the Document Extraction: Extract data, I can see a list of the learning instances.

I might recommend watching the “Getting Started with Document Automation” video here on Pathfinder Academy. It doesn’t cover the Extract data action, but it should be pretty clear when you use it.
