Invalid IdP response Please contact your administrator

Please can you provide advice around an urgent issue we are having, we have an account, but I am not sure on the details or if we are currently in support.

The message I have sent from the contact us web page URL is: https://www.automationanywhere.com/contact-us

We are unable to log into "https://cdw-1.my...." due to error: "Invalid IdP response Please contact your administrator".

The SAML Cert expired and we cannot apply them.

Please can you either apply the new cert for us or disable SSO to enable us to log in.

This is urgent, please help.
