Inserting data into Excel error of "The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data."

Question

When I try to use Database command of “Insert into” an Excel file. I get the following error:

“The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data.”

How can i solve this issue. Kindly help. !!!
