    Can you try Restarting Bot Agent Service?

     

    Steps for Restarting Bot Agent Service :

     

    Click on Windows+R

    Type services.msc11

    Hit Enter

    Check for Automation Anywhere Bot Agent Service

    Right Click and Restart
