In Automation Anywhere A360 the Recorder action is not capturing the object- getting error

When I am trying to capturing object using the Recorder action  in Automation Anywhere A360 enterprise edition it showing below error.

    Hi @Bhavisha 3868 ,

     

    Kindly check the Browser extension on which you are trying to do Capture action has been enabled or not.

     

    If it is already enabled, then please try after changing the current package version. If you are working on a Browser, please make sure that you have selected the Browser name from the list other than the Default Browser option.
