Hi everyone,

 

I am trying to use the Google Sheets package after not using it for a long time.

The connection works correctly.

Then I want to access a spreadsheet (I have got the appropriate rights and permissions).

Here is the error message I received :

This may be due to the following reason: Une erreur inattendue est survenue. begin 39, end -1, length 116 Veuillez contacter votre administrateur système. Location: test_google_sheets (line 2)

To continue, edit the bot and fix the error. Then, try again. If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.

Code: bot.execution.error

Does it ring a bell to anyone ? What does this error message mean ?

 

 

It seems to be a problem with the way Automation Anywhere formats/extracts URL.

If I choose ”From Spreadsheet Id” instead of  “From URL” I don’t have this error.
