Implementing Multi-Bot Architecture in A360: create Work Items from Email / Schedule / File → WLM Queue → Run with Queue —Update the result - Step-by-Step Guidance Needed

I need help implementing a production-ready Multi-Bot (WLM) architecture in Automation Anywhere A360 and want a clear step-by-step guide.

My Goal

1. Ingest events from Email, Schedule, and File/Folder.

2. For each event, create a Work Item in a WLM queue (preferably an express queue to start).

3. Let Workload Manager distribute work items to multiple Bot Runners using Run with queue.

4. Ensure robust error handling, de-duplication, retries, and monitoring.
