i have completed the advanced certificate, but i am unable to download as the registered email id is locked by the organization:

Contact Automation Anywhere Support:

Reach out to their support team directly “learning@automationanywhere.com”. They should be able to assist you in unlocking your account or providing an alternative way to access your certificate
