I have a recorder: capture on a "read-only" textbox for a date selector. I want to use the "set text" action, but because it is a non-editable textbox, I'm unable to do so. Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Since it is non-editable, I don't think you will be able to set text into it.

Quick question, how do you manually set the date?

Is it a date picker?

If so, then follow this tutorial right here and you are good to go.

If that doesn't solve your issue, then please share few screenshots and more details so that we may be in a better position to assist you.

Thanks Ashwin, that makes sense! I was hoping there was some way I could write a bot to possibly change the coding temporarily to make it editable. But I'll find a way to still make it work.

Yes, it is a date picker, one with a calendar drop-down that you click on a date you want.
