Hi,

As a Community Edition user, you may need to reset your password in two scenarios:

  1. In case you have not received your Welcome e-mail with log-in credentials after signing up.
  2. In case you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in.

Perform the following steps to reset the password:

  1. Go to the Community Edition login page: https://community2.cloud-2.automationanywhere.digital/
  2. In the “Username” field, enter the email address you signed up with.
  3. Click the “Forgot password” button and an email with a reset link will be sent to you within a few minutes to your registered email ID.
  4. If you have not received the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
  5. Open the email and click on the reset link.
  6. Create a new password and then click on ‘Save changes'.
  7. Log in with your new credentials and start experiencing Community Edition!

If you are still experiencing issues logging into the Automation 360 community edition, please send an email to gofreetrial-a2019@automationanywhere.com with the registered email ID and the control room URL.

Having the same problem. The website says the servers are up. Resetting the password does not help either.

Are you able to get to the password recovery screen, or do you not get a reset password email?

I tried the password reset. I answered my secret questions and then got an error. My profile is in the system, it shows my personal questions, but resetting the password errored out too.

I'm having the same issue.

Was able to login the first time, but right now when I enter my username and password it is returning the message that they are incorrect.

When I try to change the password via "Forgot password” I get the following error after answering personal questions
