Hope you have connected your device to CR before running the bot. If not checkout below tutorial for the same.

My device is connected to the CR and I am running it from the CR.

I also get this error: Can you tell me what dependencies does it need .

I am simply displaying a message.

Unable to see you error screenshot, are you using community cr?

No , it never worked. AT first I get device error- deployed failed. Now , I get this error.

if you don't have access to the above link, Send an email to AA Support team "apeopleopsteam@automationanywhere.com" to get the access.

No , I am not using community cr.

Please try deleting and re-adding the device.

I forwarded your answer to my problem to our Technical Support Richard Vuong.

He deleted my device as you instructed, but I got a download error when I rerun the bot.

Attached is the email that Richard sent you. Please respond to his email what else we need to do to run a bot.

Your help is highly appreciated.
