Question

I am unable to deploy bots in Community Edition - It is asking me to add Credentials but when I do it doesn't save. Getting Error Please Contact your system administrator.

Troubleshooting Steps Followed : Disconnected device - Deleted it - Uninstall Bot Agent - Reinstalled Bot Agent - Connected Again - But still credentials are not getting added.

 

How to fix this please help? I have to complete Master Certification..

I tried on different laptop as well.. still the same error.

You could try with the updated version of bot agent by updating the existing one or uninstalling and reinstalling it again. Give it a try.
