I am trying to connect Control Room with my computer. but it shows 'Unable to reach device error'. I tried the solutions in Community but i could not solve the problem. CR shows no device, and i uninstalled and re-install bot agent for several times

Please check whether the device icons show connected in the device icon and follow the below KB article to add the device and to update the device credentials.
