Hello everyone,

My control room version is 34. And I am looking for Model connection and other options under AI, but I see Document Automation option only. Is there any requirement I need to fulfill to be able to get those options. Please share if anyone knows on it.

Thank you.

  1. You will need to purchase the Enterprise AI license from Automation Anywhere.

    Please check here:  https://docs.automationanywhere.com/bundle/enterprise-v2019/page/automation-components-license-and-deployment.html

  1. Once you have the required license, you check the roles & permissions needed to enabled the access.

  • Connector Builder: For cloud applications or custom services not immediately available, the Connector Builder tool allows you to build a custom API package by importing API definition documents (like Swagger files or Postman collections). This simplifies connecting to virtually any application with an API.
