I am not able to download dependencies while executing my bot to convert pdf file to excel

Hi Team,

I created a bot to convert pdf into excel but while execution i am facing an error when dependencies are downloaded. It does not execute and throws error” Device Error: contact your system admin”

1. I have downloaded the files to create bot from this path : https://botstore.automationanywhere.com/bot/convert-bulk-pdfs-to-excel-files
2. My device is linked with control room

Please help me to resolve this issue.
