Hello,

 

I'm facing an issue in a HA on-premises environment (Automation 360 build 11513 (v23) on premises). Whenever I try to access to the Control Room this message comes up:

 

HTTP ERROR 500 {"message":"Server not coming up. So exiting! "}

URI: /assets/

STATUS: 500

MESSAGE: {"message":"Server not coming up. So exiting! "}

SERVLET: -

 

Can anyone help me with it? Thanks

I recommend you to work with your IT team to further diagnose network connectivity issue between Database and Control room servers.


Hi 

We faced the same issue.

And we restarted the control room and it was fixed. (The Master Key is required after restarting CR.)

Bur we don’t know what is the root cause of it.
