How to resolve the issue occurred in the upload document actions of IQ bot package.

Hi,

I was trying to upload few documents i using upload document activities in the IQ package.so when i was trying to get the learning server instance which i created before, I was getting an error kind of message.

Can anyone please suggest how will i be able to fix the issue,Im attaching the screen shot along with it.
