How to Resolve Infinite Pending Execution Issue in Automation Anywhere?

Hi everyone,

I’m Darshan Hiranandani, facing an issue with an infinite pending execution in Automation Anywhere. I’ve already attempted several fixes, including restarting the service via services.msc, but the problem persists. Additionally, I’m unable to delete the device. I’ve also tried reinstalling the bot agent and clearing everything in the Automation Anywhere folder, but this results in a new issue where an additional device gets registered.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem and found a solution? I’d really appreciate any suggestions or advice on how to resolve this issue.
