How to remove the bot creator license from a user who is no longer active in our AD group?

We set up users in the control room through a connection with our AD groups. One user has been removed from the AD groups, prior to us removing it in the control room and taking away their Bot Creator license. Now I'm unable to take this license away. Do you know how to?
