How to lock a taskbot, so no one can checkout the task

Without checkout option as of now we cannot restrict others to edit the bot.

You have the option of assigning Check In/ Check Out permissions at a bot level like so:

Maybe playing around with this and assigning the role to users might do the trick?

It seems a bit tedious imo, or better yet keep it in your Private Folder so that no one can access it.
