How to identify the A360 control Room is cloud/Hybrid/OnPrem? Also, how to check the control room timezone (Ex:US West,Automation 360 Cloud - India)

To identify the CR is Cloud it will have URL as "https://something.my.automationanywhere.digital/quot;, Hybrid or OnPrem you can check with Local IT team.

To get the time zone details of Cloud CR get in touch with your PEM or CSM.

You will need to reach out to your Partner Manager or Customer Success Manager for these details as they would have all data of product deployment on your end.
