how to fix the error of unable to connect local device

@GB Shetty  remove automation anywhere folder under c:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local  & restart machine 

Then connect to control room and try to connect device…

Please refer the below thread and try to reset the Device through Postman using CR API. Let me know the result.
