Hello @Rutuja kute ,
This is Dhwanit Parekh from Automation Anywhere Technical Support Team.
To move bot from Private folder (workspace) to Public folder (workspace), you are actually supposed to use "Check in" operation for that bot.
And that is actually controlled via role permission and has nothing to do with whether you are using Trial or licensed version of Automation Anywhere. Feature is available regardless of edition, as long as you have validity on your trial period.
Please refer to below article for more details around what permissions are required and how you can check in etc.
Hope this will help.
Thank you.
Hi, currently I have user type as Bot creator and roles as Free_user and Bot insight expert. I am don't see any option to edit roles nor there is option to check in bots to the public folder as per document sent.
Hello @Rutuja kute ,
It seems you are using "Community Edition" control room and not the trial one.
Community Edition only allows you to develop a bot and execute it locally on your machine only.
Purpose of uploading the bot to public repository is to achieve remote execution of it and other enterprise level features.
If you can spare a virtual machine/server with recommended specifications, you can freely download the full version of software with 1 month trial period from below link. Post 1 month, either you will have to purchase a license or discard the virtual machine.

Hope this helps.
