How do I delete the bot which is still in progress state? 1) I am not able to deploy any new bot as the previous bot is still in progress 2) I dont see a delete option in the In-Progress section
Could you please restart the bot agent service from the MEA\DN874YN machine and execute the task again
Hi there, Please try the below steps one by one and check.
- Restart Bot Agent service
OR
- Go to Devices -> My Devices and remove the device from the list and add it again.
- Restart Bot Agent service
OR
- Follow below steps -
- Uninstall Bot Agent
- Delete files in C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere
- Download and install Bot Agent again
- Log in to Control Room, Go to Devices -> My Devices, Add device, if device already exists, then overwrite
