How can I take the table with only visible cells in the table I filtered and join it with another table?

I am assuming that you are dealing with Excel Workbooks, and if that is the case then you have to use either VBA or VBScript since there are no in house actions to perform that operation.

You can also create custom packages just for that if you like. Here is a tutorial on that.
