How can I do document automation when Check in Process is not available to me for publishing the learning instance to production

As you can see in the circled below, check in process is not available. What should I do?

Get the appropriate roles/access from administrator..

I am using the free/community edition of automation anywhere. I don’t think I will have that option of doing those things. What can I do then?
