Can you restart bot agent and try again,
Steps for Restarting Bot Agent Service :
Click on Windows+R
Type services.msc
Hit Enter
Check for Automation Anywhere Bot Agent Service
Right Click and Restart

Download the Post Man API and follow the steps mentioned in the below article.
After performing the steps delete the device and register the device.
