An "invalid certificate" issue usually means that the website's SSL certificate can't be verified for some reason. Here are a few steps you can try to fix it:

Check Your System Date & Time - Incorrect system time is one of the most common causes of certificate errors.

• On Windows/Mac: Make sure your device's date and time are set correctly (ideally set to update automatically).

Try a Different Browser - Sometimes browser-specific issues or outdated versions can cause this error.

• Try opening the same website in a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
• Also, clear your browser cache and cookies.

Update Your Browser and OS - Outdated systems may not recognize newer SSL certificates.

• Make sure your browser and operating system are fully updated.

Check the Website Itself - If the issue is only with one site:

• The problem might be on the website’s end (expired or misconfigured SSL certificate).
• Try checking the site on https://www.ssl2buy.com/wiki/ssl-installation-checker

Disable Antivirus HTTPS Scanning - Some antivirus software can interfere with SSL certificates.

• Go to your antivirus settings and temporarily disable "HTTPS scanning" or "Web Shield" to see if it helps.

Manually Install the Certificate - If it's your own server or internal site:

• You may need to manually install a valid certificate or update the root/intermediate certs.
