Hi, Im not able to list the web screens using Recorder -> Capture -> Browser. When i try to refresh the available web browser screens, I'm getting an error "rror occurred while reading browser list from device If the problem persists, please contact

Error is "Error occurred while reading browser list from device

If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator."

 

Could you please help me on this?

    Sometimes the AA plugin might not able to connect , can you remove the AA plug in and add it again
